Movo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between GG Tech Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("GGTech", "Company", "we", "us") and the user ("User", "you") of the Movo mobile application ("Movo" or the "App"). By using the App you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Parties and Definitions

• GGTech: GG Tech Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Sahrayıcedid Mah. Kireçhaneler Sok. No:6/2 D:5 Kadıköy / Istanbul, Türkiye — Erenköy Tax Office, Tax ID: 3952415496, MERSİS: 0395241549600001, Trade Registry No: 1029078.
• App / Movo: The mobile application published by GGTech that generates AI-powered outputs from images and videos uploaded by users.
• User Content: Photos, videos or other inputs uploaded by the User into the App.
• Output: Videos, images or animations produced by the App from User Content.
• Subscription: A paid plan available via Apple App Store or Google Play granting access to certain features of Movo for a specified term.
• Credit: A virtual usage unit purchased separately and consumed to generate Outputs.

2. Description of Service

Movo processes images and videos you upload using AI technologies to produce dance videos, character transformations and similar Outputs. The service is made available through paid Subscriptions and/or Credit packs purchased via the app stores. GGTech may update, add or remove features from time to time.

3. Account

3.1. You need an account to use Movo. You represent that the information you provide during account creation is accurate, current and belongs to you.

3.2. You are solely responsible for the security of your account (including password confidentiality). If you notice unauthorized use, immediately notify info@ggtech.co.

3.3. Users under 18 may use the App only with the consent of their legal guardian. Users under 13 may not use the App.

3.4. GGTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable law, public morality and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

a) Uploading images/videos of others that violate their personality, data protection or privacy rights — without their explicit consent, b) Using images of minors in inappropriate or abusive ways, c) Generating sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, racist, discriminatory, violent or otherwise unlawful content, or attempting to obtain such output, d) Impersonating others or producing misleading content ("deepfakes") for fraud, defamation, harassment, election manipulation, etc., e) Uploading or generating content that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, f) Attempting to bypass the App's security measures, reverse-engineering, transmitting malware, or using APIs without authorization, g) Abusing the service with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.), h) Acting contrary to applicable legislation (including Law No. 5651, KVKK, Turkish Penal Code, etc.).

You represent and warrant that User Content you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that third parties depicted in the content have given the necessary consents. All legal responsibility arising from such content rests with the User.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Movo name, logo, application code, interface and all GGTech-owned content within the App are the intellectual property of GGTech and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2. User Content belongs to you. To enable Output generation, you grant GGTech a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable license, limited to the duration of service provision, solely for delivering, processing, storing and transmitting the User Content.

5.3. We cannot guarantee your rights over Outputs. AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. Before using Outputs — especially for commercial purposes — review your local law.

5.4. GGTech may use anonymized User Content and Outputs to improve AI models. Where an opt-out is provided, you can change your preference via in-app settings.

6. Subscriptions, Credit Packs, Billing

6.1. Subscriptions and credit packs may only be purchased via Apple App Store and/or Google Play. Purchase terms, billing, refunds and renewal are governed by the terms of the relevant store operator (Apple Inc. / Google LLC).

6.2. Plans and contents offered:

New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial with 300 bonus credits — if cancelled during the trial, no charge is made. A user may use the free trial once per subscription group in their lifetime.

6.3. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via the store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime from your store account (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

6.4. Credits are valid within the duration and usage limits specified for each plan. Credits from weekly/yearly subscriptions do not roll over and refresh at the start of each period. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once added to your account.

6.5. Prices are as displayed in the App and the relevant store; they vary by country. GGTech and the stores reserve the right to change prices. Price changes take effect after the current subscription period and are communicated to the User before renewal.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Consumer Rights

7.1. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumer Users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

7.2. Important exception: Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "services performed instantaneously in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer". Once Output generation starts or digital content is consumed, the right of withdrawal ends. Withdrawal/refund for subscription purchases is subject to the relevant app store's (Apple / Google) policies; GGTech does not have direct refund authority.

7.3. You may bring consumer disputes before the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. Third-Party Services

Movo uses third-party service providers for authentication, payment, analytics and AI processing (e.g., Firebase/Google, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, fal.ai). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. GGTech does not warrant the uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Movo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGTech makes no express or implied warranty that the App will operate without interruption, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9.2. GGTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (data loss, loss of profit, reputational loss, etc.). In any event, GGTech's total aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by the User for Movo in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under consumer legislation or public policy.

10. Force Majeure

Events outside GGTech's reasonable control — such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, utility/internet outages, app store unavailability, administrative or governmental orders — constitute force majeure, during which GGTech's performance obligations are suspended.

11. Changes to Terms

GGTech may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, users will be notified via in-app notice or e-mail. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time via the App or by contacting info@ggtech.co. Upon account closure, active subscriptions may continue or terminate for the remaining period, subject to store policies.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
